Eelo e-Bikes come with a 3-year warranty covering the frame against manufacturer defects, commencing from the date of sale. Other parts on your bicycle, including motor and battery are covered with a 2-year’s manufacturer warranty. The 2-year warranty also covers electronic components such as electronic cabling and LCD display. There is a 1-year warranty on the charger, light’s and all non-wearing mechanical parts. *To access the full 2-year warranty, as above, you must register your bike within 30 days of delivery. If the bike is not registered within this time, the warranty will be limited to 1 year.
