Effortless riding on all terrain, the ENGWE M20 is a cafe racer style cruiser electric bike. The 750w motor (1000w peak) powers you through any terrain wherever your journey takes you.

Featuring a dual shock absorber system with hydraulic suspension on the front and air suspension on the rear, giving one of the most comfortable e-bike riding experiences available.

This streamline design with speed boost technology is available in single battery (13AH) or twin battery (26AH)

Warranty

The warranty period for bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.

After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve the problem of accessories, the accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA, they are not covered by warranty.

Please kindly note: Second-hand e bikes and Modified e bikes are not covered by warranty.
