MerkyBikes - E Tough Power M9

The MerkyBikes M9 allows you to choose a route, any route. With its all road capabilities and natural feel pedal assist function, this versatile electric mountain bike is great for smooth private roads, rocky rural roads, paths and trails (all with landowners permission).

With its Bafang 620 crank motor/mid motor this power house has a maximum torque of 160nM and 1000w rated power output, and is designed for e-cargo bikes and high end EMTB's as it will definitely get the heaviest weights accelerated on even the steepest incline.  Due to the systems dual sensor design, the rider has full control at all times and enjoys extremely sensitive responsiveness.

The M9 uses the all top of the range components from the 9 speed Shimano Altus gear set to the Samsung Lithium fast charge battery (45 mile range), the M9 has it all.
The hydraulic disc brakes come with an electric brake lever and a safety "power cut" function.  Riding comfort is high up on our list so with the combination of the front suspension fork, air shock absorbers and padded saddle - you are guaranteed the ultimate riding experience.

The technology side of the bike is maintenance free and very reliable, which means you can take your electric bike in for routine servicing at any good quality bicycle shop throughout the UK or even use the Bike Shed Online Mobile Mechanic Service.

Warranty

MerkyBikes electric bikes comes with a two year warranty covering the frame, motor and battery. Electronic components such as electronic cabling, LCD display, throttle and electronic brake cut off's also have a 2 year warranty. There is a 1 year warranty on the charger, lights and all non-wearing mechanical parts,

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Contractual warranty excludes damage or defects caused by: abnormal use, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, prolonged exposure to moisture or liquid.

- Damage caused by incorrect maintenance
- External factors such as shocks, lightning storms, current surges, short circuit, etc
- Damage caused by excess exposure to the elements (e.g. rust caused by not storing bike indoors)
- Modification of electrical components or any modifications (e.g. additions not included when bought)
- Paint, varnish and bike graphics
- Wearing parts such as tyres, brake pads, brake cables, handle bar grips, freewheels etc.
- Spokes

If the end consumer's electric bike is intended for commercial use ( e.g. rental company, messenger service), the warranty period lasts 12 months. Certain warranty exclusions may occur, but please discuss with the manufacturer.

WARRANTIES ARE NON TRANSFERABLE.  WARRANTY COULD BE VOID IF GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED.
